Our Story

We’re Sidney and Toryann Holland.

We didn’t grow up farming. We started in a backyard near Dallas, growing food because we cared about what we were feeding our family.

That small garden turned into livestock, pasture, and a commitment to doing food differently.

Today, Holland Legacy Farms exists for one reason:

To raise nutrient-dense food while giving our animals the best life possible.

How We Raise Our Animals

Our animals live outside on pasture — not in confinement buildings.

• Chickens move to fresh grass regularly
• Sheep and pigs are rotationally grazed
• Rabbits have access to grass and fresh air
• Hens use rollaway nesting boxes to keep eggs clean

We focus on soil health, animal welfare, and transparency.

We’re not trying to be the biggest farm.
We’re committed to doing it right.
